Your profile information is used to personalize your experience and provide state-relevant HR guidance. Conversation content is transmitted to our system solely to assist you with your service — it is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models.
3. Local Storage and Cookies
This application uses your browser's local storage to remember that you are a returning user and to preserve your active session across page refreshes. We use session storage to preserve your active chat conversation. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties unless given written permission by the client.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All API communications are encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to our database is restricted by role-based security controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your account profile and saved documents are retained for as long as your service case is active. If you cancel your service, your data remains available for up to 3 years for case study purposes, after which it may be deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your information and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting dharris@sevenconsultingfirm.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
